My Discord Got Hacked!

Hey folks; if anyone on here's friends with me/has communicated with me recently on Discord, PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING THAT'S SENT TO YOU. My account's been compromised & I'm making the efforts needed to get my account reclaimed, so please don't answer to any of my messages until I give the all-clear.
UPDATE:
My NSFW Twitter's been reclaimed, but my Discord is MIA for the time being. I've made a backup account for mutuals to keep in contact, and will be sure to keep updates on the development of all of this.

Sounds like they used a keylogger, scan your compy man. Also, double check all of your emails to see if those got compromised

If you got hacked after downloading something sent to you, I would recommend wiping your hard drive to get rid of whatever virus took your info. If the keylogger is still on your system, it can take back any reclaimed accounts.

I did a complete factory reset of my computer a couple days after the hack, anyway, because I wanted to be thorough about this whole situation.
