The game is fine and this may sound nitpicky but... I really wish Crow had a voice. I know male voice actors in hentai games are unpopular, but he's not an insignificant character, he's even a potential love interest at the end! He should really have a voice actor.

Why do the girls go into an Unsatisfied state? First time it happened around 50% libido, then the next time it was happening around 15%. I tried to clear all the milk and libido, but it didn't go away. There aren't meds to clear status effects readily available at the item shop from what I can tell. What's the strategy on avoiding it and clearing it?

Their Stamina is probably too low. Or however that stat is named. The unsatisfied or whatever state happens when Libido or Milk value exceeds their Stamina value. So if their stamina is zero, they're permanently in that state.
How trigger Cheryl sex with Chiro? I maxed her development with items, what next?

I know you must have "Broken" which requires max corruption and "Unsatisfied" status
And then pass a day i think, i had trouble getting it to appear, but yes you can initiate it as virgin

Uh, no, getting Sheryl to fuck Chiro does not require the Broken status. It requires that Lilia fucks him first. I don't remember how many events you needed to advance, but once enough of them are through, it eventually triggers an event where Sheryl notices them doing stuff and chooses to get in on the action so to speak and thing proceed from there.
Basically, you can't have Chiro fuck JUST Sheryl. He needs to start off with Lilia.

Assumed you needed both since the scene requirement menu said "Broken / Unsatisfied" in it as a requirement

It's either/or, not "Broken and Unsatisfied", you need one of those two to trigger the scenes. Very few scenes require Broken outright, if any. None of them are with Chiro, or in Lilia's case specifically, with Crow.

That's not right. I checked. Chiro's scenes should require the Obedience bad status, or the Infidelity Bad status, or both. Dunno how those were translated in Kagura's version.
The Corruption Bad status is at the very end of the status of bar.
For Sheryl, in order, you have:
1. The status for Lust/Libido/whatever being higher than Stamina.
2. The status for wearing exposed clothing.
3. The status for having High/Maxed Exhibitionism.
4. The status for having High/Maxed Obedience (or submissiveness or whatever they named that stat in Kagura's version).
5. The status for having Maxed Cheating/Infidelity value.
6. Pregnancy.
7. Lactation hit the limit.
8. Covered in cum (not filled with cum, explicitly covered).
9. Corruption maxed.
Chiro's scenes (the ones where Sheryl approaches Chiro) require:
- Status 1 for the blowjob;
- Nothing for titfuck except progressing through the blowjob events;
- Status 1 and Status 5 for sex.
- High Boob development and Status 4 for the cowprint bikini play.
- High Ass development and Status 5 for the last 2 scenes.
Chiro's scenes (the ones where he "attacks" Sheryl when she sleeps) require:
- Just scene requirements for the 1st set.
- Status 5 for the second set.
Nowhere in there is there corruption value involved. In fact, I checked even Valis' secretary job, and that one doesn't have a corruption requirement anywhere. If the Kagura version DOES explicitly mention that status, it's wrong and they fucked up, because the JP version has nothing of the sort.
