From my experience that if a spirit can move an object. That means the spirit been in the area for a long time (maybe hundred of years). After a person pass away. He or she do not have the power move anything or anyone. They just a smoke of spirit. After times he or she will develop into a shadow. Only way to communicate with human is with the same frequency as them but this only happen to ppl who has low self esteem.
